The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, although we are closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00 PM.

If you are a new patient and/or have not been seen by this office within the last three years we request that you either download from this website, complete and bring to your visit a New Patient Registration Form or arrive 10 minutes early in order to do so on site.

Although we will try to handle walk-ins, please remember that our primary obligation is to attempt to see those patients who have scheduled appointments as close to the time of their scheduled appointment as possible. As such, it is always to preferable to phone ahead for an appointment.

If you cannot make your appointment, we would always appreciate the courtesy of your notifying the office (805-648-7222) as soon as possible, but at least 24 hours in advance, in order that we might free up you time slot for another patient.

AFTER HOURS: If you have a true medical emergency you should either phone 911 or proceed to the nearest Emergency Room. Otherwise, the doctor can be reached after hours through the office number (805-648-7222). You will have to follow the prompts and will be asked to leave a message including your name, phone number and a brief description of the problems  you are having. Please do not use this service for routine business matters (appointments, questions, billing, etc.) and non-emergencies. Also, if you utilize Privacy Manager or a similar service in order to block unidentified incoming calls this will need to be at least temporarily deactivated in order for us to contact you.
